Wilmslow Business Group supported by Wilmslow Town Council and the Wilmslow Partnership are pleased to bring you Fitness and Wellbeing week which is taking place 23rd– 28th January 2017.
After the over indulgence of Christmas many of us start the New Year with all good intentions of getting fit, losing weight and perhaps taking up a new well-being activity. The reality is that up to 80% of these resolutions end up as failures.
In order to raise awareness of the numerous fitness activities, sporting societies and organisations within Wilmslow, The Wilmslow Business Group supported by the Wilmslow Town Council and the Wilmslow Partnership have put together a helpful guide showcasing both fitness and well-being activities within the town.
Fitness and Wellbeing Week is your chance to discover some of the many opportunities in Wilmslow – to relax, to be active, to try something new – but most of all help you feel good and have some fun!
Get involved with Fitness and Wellbeing Week and discover how simple things like reading a book or taking more exercise can promote positive mental health and make you happier and healthier in 2017.
Copies of the guide will be distributed at the forthcoming Artisan Market on 21st January. You can also pick up a copy from Wilmslow Library, Leisure Centre and other retail outlets throughout the town.
