MAINSTAGE has been developed by highly experienced education and music industry professionals. Utilising over two decades of teaching experience, the Mainstage team have devised a unique modular system which incorporates both individual tuition and structured group rehearsals. Twice a year students will have the opportunity to perform live at an event to showcase their newly developed skills.

Mainstage takes students of all ages and abilities and within a single session will have them performing alongside other students in a band jam session.  This system places the emphasis on performing in a group, encourages participation and builds confidence while rapidly developing usable playing skills, improving technical abilities and establishing music theory.

Junior sessions are 30 minutes long, during this time the learner will be guided through approximately 20 minutes of technical exercises and song rehearsal followed by 10 minutes of performance time.

Senior sessions are 60 minutes long, this comprises of 45 minutes of technical exercises and song rehearsal followed by 15 minutes of performance time.

Mainstage sessions take place in a friendly and relaxed learning environment and are delivered by experienced tutors. All our staff have undergone extensive training and are regularity observed and monitored to ensure consistently high standards of delivery and have advanced DBS (CRB) checks.

Our schools are fully equipped with industry standard musical instruments and state-of-the-art sound equipment.
